Lay-by Policy

At Chain of Little Hearts, the lay-by cancellation policy includes no refund for cancellations or changes of mind. Weekly payments are to be made, and the item will be shipped once all payments have been completed. If you cancel the lay-by or change your mind about the purchase, you will not receive a refund.
